Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. We have worked with our non-profit clients to obtain free and discounted software and hardware over the years. We understand non-profits have tight budgets, and we do our best to help them adopt the best technology while staying within that constraint.
Since board members are not full-time employees of non-profits, we support those members as part of the IT as a Service offering with their needs. Board members would not be charged the full per user rate, but we might charge a small fee if board members are consuming an Office 365 license or any other type of software that has costs associated with it on our side of things.
Yes. Our team is experienced with non-profits. Before going out on his own to run Whole Technology, our owner, Anthony Landolfo worked for two large non-profits. One was a University and the other was a Community Development Financial Institution(CDFI).
We love every aspect of IT, but our favorite thing to do is to help you use technology to do more with less. Our team is familiar with pharmacy operations, so we will always try to identify areas of inefficiency and solve those with the use of technology.
